Check-out is between 07:00 AM and 11:00 AM. If you need to leave early, you can settle your bill the night before and drop your key in the express check-out box.

Late check-out (until 1:00 PM) is available upon request at €25. Please contact the front desk the night before your departure to check availability and applicable charges.

Our standard cancellation policy allows for free cancellation up to 24 hours before your arrival date. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a one-night stay charge. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.

If you have booked a non-refundable rate, the reservation is charged immediately and thus rendered non-refundable or modifiable. You may cancel your booking, but not without incurring 100% of the penalty.
